About us

Wild Bunch Crafting is a family-run small business based in Shannon. 

We are a self-taught family of artists and crafters, always learning and striving to create new and exciting products for our customers. Our children also create and learn new crafts safely, and let their imaginations run wild. 

We are proud to be able to sell the highly sought-after Moana Road products in-store alongside our own creations, producing a unique high-end shopping experience of homeware, pounamu, arts, crafts,  jewellery, and gifts.

Our shop is also home to four additional local artisans.

Returns Policy

Items purchased can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase or delivery/collection. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

Items can be returned to Wild Bunch Crafting for an exchange or credit. Items purchased online can be returned after contacting us through our "Contact Us" tab.

If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements

Your exchange or credit will be issued for the price you paid for the item, excluding any freight charges

The item must still be in saleable condition, with any packaging intact

Please provide proof of purchase for any Exchange or Returns,i.e. Order confirmation, Tax invoice, Store receipt


Returns & Exchange Exclusions

We unfortunately are unable to refund or exchange: 

Goods no longer in sellable condition

Items listed on our site as "Post at your own risk" as they are highly fragile. We will not exchange, credit, or refund "at your own risk" items damaged in the post.

Sale/clearance/special price items unless faulty or damaged on arrival. There is no guarantee on the lifespan of sale items.

Items that are damaged after being used in a way they are not meant to be.

Have liquid, dropping, customer error damage.


Change of Mind - Online Purchases

If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, please Contact Us immediately, as prior to dispatch, we can arrange for the item to be cancelled and exchanged. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the item to arrive

Item(s) can be exchanged at Wild Bunch Crafting or returned to Wild Bunch Crafting via post after contacting us for further instructions at your expense, for an exchange or Credit note to the value of the item purchased, excluding any freight charges

If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements for an exchange or Credit

The item will need to be returned at your expense

Once the item has been received, we can arrange for your exchange or credit note to be issued to the value of your item purchase price, excluding any freight charges.

No credits or exchanges can be made until the original items have been returned.

 

Incorrect Item Ordered

If you have ordered an incorrect item, please Contact Us immediately

If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, we can arrange for this to be cancelled or changed to the correct item.

If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the order to arrive

Once the item has arrived, you can return it to Wild Bunch Crafting to receive a credit or an exchange.

 

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent

If a product does not meet an acceptable quality, is not fit for its particular purpose, does not match the description or sample image (including colour and size), or does not arrive in good condition, then we will work with you to provide a remedy.

Please Contact Us as soon as possible after receipt of the product, and we will work to have the issue solved. Please retain all original packaging until we have arranged a solution with you.

If an item is no longer available for replacement, we will arrange for an exchange, credit, or full refund.


Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair Trading Act

Wild Bunch Crafting is committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.


The Wild Bunch Craftings Returns Policies includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. The warranties that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Law. We will always strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase & our service, we strive to operate within our legal obligations & our above policies.


Shipping

All items are packaged with the utmost care to arrive to you safely. We use NZ Post couriers to get your items to you fast. Our pricing is for New Zealand postage only. If you are overseas, please contact us to arrange. Please be aware that some items are listed on our site as "Post at your own risk" as they are highly fragile. We will not exchange, credit, or refund "at your own risk" items damaged in the post.
